Nursing Education Annual Reporting

In accordance with Rule 4723-5-05, Ohio Administrative Code, the Board requires that Nursing Education Program Annual Reports be submitted electronically using a web-based collection tool. Program administrators will be emailed instructions (which are also located in the pdf below) and a web-link for the submission of their respective program's data. In addition to the instructions, you will find below the specific RN and PN program questionnaires as they will appear on the web-based collection tool. Questions regarding the submission of Nursing Education Program Annual Reports should be directed to education@nursing.ohio.gov. The Nursing Education Program Annual Report submission deadline is July 31, 2012.

A provider of continuing education may work with any of the OBN Approvers on this list to be able to offer continuing education.
